We are now strengthening our team at our Svenssons store in Lammhult and are looking for someone who wants to work weekends, fill in extra when needed, and summer job as a sales associate with us. About the role

As a sales associate, your primary task is to create a first-class customer experience in every interaction. You are an important part of the store's outward face and actively work with sales, service, and inspiration to help our customers find the right solutions for their homes.

You will be part of an engaged team where we support each other, take responsibility, and create results together. The role suits you who are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and enjoy being active on the sales floor, even when the pace is high.

Your main tasks include…

• Welcoming, assisting, and inspiring our customers with a professional and personal approach

• Guiding customers through our assortment based on their needs and wishes

• Proactively working with sales and contributing to the store's results

• Ensuring an attractive and welcoming store through unpacking, pricing, and signage

• Taking responsibility for keeping the store organized and running smoothly in daily operations

About you

Previous experience with furniture and/or lighting is a plus, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities, your engagement, and your willingness to contribute to the team.

The position is a temporary employment where we are looking for weekend extras and summer vacation replacements, starting as agreed. For the right person, there is a possibility for extension even after the summer. Our working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends.
